Arizona Fun!

We love spending time with our family in AZ. Last weekend we made a quick trip to see Lucy's 1st dance recital and celebrate Lucy and Kimmie's birthdays. It's truly non-stop fun from the time we get there until the time we leave.

Highlights: Lucy's dance recital, Lucy's birthday party, Lucy/Lydia and G-Dad making congo bars, Steak and congs with the gang, Gramma playing "puppies" with Lucy, going to a movie in a theater that also serves dinner (what a brilliant concept) with Kimmie, Melissa, Colette, Rex and myself; celebrating Kimmie's birthday and waking up to a sweet note and breakfast from Kimmie and Melissa (for Mother's Day).

Then we came home to more sweet Mother's Day spoiling (flowers from Kailey, a new robe from Rex, a manicure from Kayla/Tyler, flowers and chocolate from Natalie's family and an amazing crab and steak dinner with the Southwicks). We love our family so much! Thanks for being so good to us!

Hi this is Cameron and Alivia. We needed a little vacation from our parents so we sent them to Mexico.  You know how it is, sometimes you just need a little extra attention from the other grown ups in your life.  This week we've been spoiled... ummm...I mean well taken care of by Grandma and Grandpa Leany, Gramma and G-Dad Conner and Aunt Kailey.

We've played outside, been to the park, had a visit from Uncle Tyler and Aunt Kayla, visited animals at Pet Smart, watched movies, read books, played with toys, played with Grandma's IPad, taken lots of bubble baths, had pillow fights, took naps together, watched a rain storm, had lunch with Great Grandma Jones (well Livi did while Cameron was at pre-school).

We've gone to Swig a few times. Gramma can see why Swig is so popular now (besides their yummy drinks, of course) they have a drive thru so she doesn't have to unbuckle us from our car seats.   We have to remember she's a Gramma so getting us in and out of the car a bunch of times tires the ole gal out. 

We've missed Mommy and Daddy but kissing their pictures around the house and getting to see them on Facetime has kept us happy. We hope they aren't missing us too much and can make the most of being sent away to Mexico so we could have a little vacation. We love you Mommy and Daddy!  Come home soon and safe!
